Mr. Woodall is the Founder of "The Woodall Company" and co-owner of its partnership. He was born in Atlanta Ga, and has lived in the Metropolitan area his entire life.

He started in law enforcement on July 4, 1990 giving him over 20 + years of experience in the field.

He started his career and intends to successfully end it at the Fulton Cou nty Sheriffs Office in Atlanta Ga. He has worked in the Law Enforcement Bureau of the Sheriffs Office for over 17 years . He has been recruited to break ground on many exciting new ideas and services the Sheriffs Office has chosen to deliver.

One of these was to provide better intell to the field deputies and to streamline effiecency and cost to the staff in the field as it relates to labor cost, fuel, and wear and tear on vehicles.

Was the founding investigator to the Sheriffs Office Criminal investigative unit and built it from the ground up with no infastructure or predecessors to train or lean on.

Was the first deputy sheriff assigned to Chattahoochee Hills Police (the newest city in Ga) and built the operation from the ground up. Later in that period He began as the first Police Chief of Chattahoochee Hills PD and hire the first officers and built the Police Department from the ground up with a shoe string budget with little city infastructure in place. And to this day some of the officers he hired still work there today.

He is members of some well known organizations the Fraternal Order of Police and advisor to (Local GA-064), the International Brotherhood of Police Officers and adviser to (Local 453), advisor to International Fire Fighters Association (Local Fulton County Chapter), and Advisor to ASME (Local Fulton Chapter 3) Futher has been elected by the employees of Fulton County Goverment to 2 consective terms as a representative on the Fulton County Pension Board with over $1 billion in assets managed by the board.

Served on homeowners assoication board and brough 25% savings to its members and provided better services under self management rather than outsourced management.

I am also one of only seven to ever in the history of the Fulton County Sheriffs Office to receive an award from the FBI for an investigation.

In conclusion I have worked for The Woodall Company and have spearheaded digitizing records, Internet based services such as EFax, Evoice, VoiceMail from Efax and commissioned a webpage and employee port for easy in communication for off site staff needing to coordinate information back and forth.

The Woodall Company was formed in 1997 from one account. It has thus grown, and prospered going into the future. We have continued to be innovative so as to be cost effective, and increase services and productivity. It was founded by Shon Woodall who later asked several partners to come on board. As time has gone by. From time to time these partners still assist in its growth and informativeness with new ideas. This has always been a family business and atleast two cousins have been involved at one time or another.

Richard Briard (now General Manager and Chief Operating Officer has been around almost since inception. Richard is a retied Deputy Sheriff from the Fulton County Sheriffs Office and brings all of his knowledge not only as a Deputy Sheriff but in arrests on High Profile Criminals, barricaded suspects, he was a founding member of the Fulton County Sheriffs Office SWAT Team, as well as a primary instructor in firearms, and a gunsmith. He was certified as a Law Enforcement Instructor and is recognized throughout the state and allow to teach any Law Enforcement Officer as licensed by the State of Georgia. Richard has gone on to become the intricate part of The Woodall Company Operation, as the Chief Operational Offiver and General Manager. Thus has been innovative in problem solving and even heading problems off before they are determined to be a problem. His proactive approach has kept us in business for many years and we are proud that he is part of the Family.

Derek Woodall does not offer security but thru our name does offer home improvement and is strong on quality. You must see his work to believe it. He believes in old world craftsmanship, as his father has taught him. He has some Irish, and Scottish in him so he has the ability to make due with what you have and make a budget work under almost any circumstances.

We are proud that we have not raised our rates in over 10 years on our longest standing clients being which continues to allow us to be competitive. We still offer some of the lowest rates around to new clients as well. We are always looking for new ways to stay competitive in the industry in which we serve and we have found that trying to keep our subcontracted officers happy, allows for maximum productivity, and the turn over rate usually only comes from client request to replace an officer whose personality may not fit the type security they need.
